How does KAP work?

While researchers are still exploring all of the mechanisms by which ketamine reduces symptoms, many researchers propose ketamine works by temporarily dampening certain pre-existing neural connections while facilitating synaptogenesis and neuroplasticity. The result is the patient experiencing connections in the brain previously unknown to them.

What Training does Entheon Circles have?

Both Dr. Phelps and Dr. Hermantin have earned certificates in Psychedelic Therapy and Research. The program is designed for experienced professionals who are already trained and practicing in medical or therapeutic fields. Can You Point to the Research?

In recent years, I’d learned a great deal about the benefits of Ketamine as a treatment for chronic depression but shied away...Knowing that set and setting can impact the effectiveness of this medication I was looking to find someone with considerable experience and skill. About two years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jenny Phelps. Upon meeting her, I immediately saw how much she cares about the wellbeing of her patients. I was also inspired to learn of the time and energy she’s invested in working to reduce the suffering of people in her community and far beyond. Her warmth, kindness and compassion are immediately apparent, and those traits left me feeling that I had finally found a person with the gifts and commitment to help her patients get the most out of these treatments. Months later, after working with her for many hours, I can state in no uncertain terms that my expectations were realized, and then some. As it turns out, Jenny has worked for many years with individuals and communities that have suffered profound trauma and it is evident that she brings wisdom gleaned from those efforts into each session with her individual patients. The first evidence of this is the calm and nurturing space she’s created to ensure that her patients feel as safe as possible when invited to face their own challenging issues. I also quickly realized that she is not only insightful and stalwart but remarkably creative as well. As someone with a history of trauma and depression that morphed into treatment resistant psychological conditions, I was looking for a practitioner who could help guide me to my inner healer while helping me avoid the traps in which I get lost. Being unafraid of another’s pain, Jenny has the capacity to stay fully present as her patients face their demons. She also has the ability to find a myriad of pathways to open doors to self-healing when her patients get stuck. I think the world of Jenny and encourage anyone who is looking for a safe and trustworthy guide to reach out to her. She’s a wonderful human being and an equally wonderful guide and coach.
